ISHIDA Service
Policy
|
1, Machine QA check
QA check shall be done for all our machines in ISHIDA Japan factory,
ISO9001 Company, before shipment.
|
2, Machine installation
Installation shall be done by ISHIDA Thailand at Free of charge. Installation
and commission report shall be forwarded to customer.
|
3, Operator and Engineer training
Training shall be done by ISHIDA with customer's operators and engineers
before operation commencement at Free of charge.
|
4, Manual and text
We will forward operation/service manuals & training text written
in English and Thai.
|
5, Warrantee
During 1 year warrantee period, we will not charge any parts replacement
or manpower cost for the broken parts and machine, except for the
parts which was explicitly broken by customer's intentional fault.
|
6, Maintenance service
If the machine become problem, our engineer shall visit the customer
site as quickly as possible. We can offer preventive contract service,
periodical condition check and calibrations as well.
|
7, Service team
ISHIDA service team consists of Japanese and Thai are trained in ISHIDA
Japan factory so that they can provide high quality services.
